• The use of a facemask in all shared or public areas within and beyond the hotel is obligatory.
• Always maintain a rigorous routine of hand-hygiene.
• Keep a safe distance of 1.5 - 2 meters from other groups or people.
• Our facilities meet all of the necessary requirements for respecting a safe distance from unknown people. For this reason we request that you;
· Don’t move tables, sun loungers, chairs etc without first consulting a staff member.
· Always follow the instructions given by our staff, or on the information posters around the property.
• The team at Villas Flamingos has taken every measure possible to ensure the health and wellbeing of our guests, however we can’t guarantee that other venues and service providers have done the same. In the village and other areas, always wear a facemask, respect a safe distance, and keep a high level of hand hygiene.

· Detergent in your room to wash your facemasks daily.
· Handsoap and alcogel in each room.
· Multiple automatic alcogel dispensers around the grounds and buildings.
· Multiple handwashing points.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person showing symptoms of COVID-19 or in breach of the established health protocols.
