• We're in unprecedented times - we've made changes and adapted systems to ensure the wellbeing of everybody, especially our guests and staff.
• This is an area with extremely limited healthcare services, and 2 hours from large hospitals equipped for COVID-19. Check with your travel agency or travel insurance provider their protocols in cases of illness.
• On your arrival we'll disinfect your luggage with a stain-free virucide, however, we can't guarantee that it won't have a reaction with the particular material of your baggage. This disinfection is obligatory for all guests.
• To minimize the exchange of/contact with shared objects, we prefer virtual or card payments over those in cash.
