• When you arrive at the hotel we'll check your temperature - we reserve the right to deny entry to any person showing symptoms of COVID-19.
• Each day, usually as you arrive at the restaurant for breakfast, we'll perform a temperature check.
• To optimize your stay with us at Hotel Villas Flamingos we’ll recognize your entire group as an “Extended Family Unit.” With this recognition comes the expectation that this group will always endeavor to maintain a safe social distance of 2 meters from other groups both within and beyond the hotel's facilities. This designation as an extended group also means that if one member of the group shows potential symptoms of COVID-19, the entire group will enter a period of isolation until we can confirm that there is no chance of contagion.
